Ramandan Facilitation

Iftar is the meal eaten by Muslims after sunset to break Our fast during Ramandan. Lodonga Islamic Center organizes communal iftar gatherings where Muslims come together to break their fast as a community. These events often involve sharing food, fostering a sense of unity, and creating a supportive atmosphere for Our fasting Muslim brothers and sisters.

We offer classes and study circles on various aspects of Islam, including Quranic studies, Hadith (sayings of Prophet Muhammad), Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), and spirituality.
The Founding Family funds Sheikhs / Sheikhats to teach in different mosques at Lodonga Islamic Study Centre and gives out prizes to the best performing Muslim Children.

Lodonga Islamic Center donates 550 original Cock Brand to Peasant Elders, Youth and Women(widows) in the sub-counties of Drajini and Lobule in Yumbe and Koboko Districts to boost their Morale in food production. Program sponsored by Aduka Family.

Management Structure Of Sunni Muslim-Lodonga Islamic Centre

PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY

Under the proposed project sustainability plan Lodonga Islamic Centre Foundation Body will apply for Government Grant Aid to ensure and guarantee smooth and quality continuity as government will pay salaries, wages, allowances, and at times provide enough learning materials and support in project expansions. But all these comes when the following proposed projects are constructed and equipped and furnished to operational levels according to the government standards for Licensing and registration of the institutions:
a. Lodonga Primary School.
b. Lodonga Girls Secondary School.
c. Lodonga Boys College.
d. Lodonga Muslim Primary Teacher Training College
e. Lodonga Physical Enineering Centre.
f. Lodonga Multi-Vocational Training Institute.
The government Grant Aid will not change Lodonga Islamic Centre ownership of the Foundation Body for the above Institutions and will not change the vision of the Founding family.

LODONGA MUSLIM HOSPITAL

Lodonga Muslim Hospital will remain under Lodonga Islamic Centre once constructed and equipped and furnished to operational levels. The proposed hospital is expected to sustain itself since its target is to provide highly specialised health care services coupled with the use of High Precision Medical Technology and highly skilled Medical personnel to provide medical services which are currently not provided for in East Africa hence the hospital has big catchment area enough to generate self-sustainability. In light of the above information the market catchment area for the hospital is huge enough to generate fair revenue to sustain its smooth continuity.

Hospital Components:

 4 Star Hotel for International and National out patients and caretakers and tourists who may choose to use it.
 Super market to provide goods to the patients, caretakers and tourists.
 Medical college.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

i. The project is owned by Lodonga Islamic Centre but shall be managed by Board of Governors or Management Committees or together with Parents, Teachers Associations depending on the individual institutions and this shall be after the project is fully constructed to operational levels.
ii. The project construction process shall be managed by Lodonga Islamic Centre Management Team comprised of professionals of high integrity, under the supervision of the Board of Trustees.
iii. Construction Funds Management, the provision of construction Funds by Funders shall be through a competent contractor (Turn-key) whom the funders pick to construct the project to operational levels and only hands over the keys to Lodonga Islamic Centre.
iv. Lodonga Islamic Centre foundation body shall form a committee known as COMBINED KNOWLEDGE POWER COMMITTEE. The combined knowledge power committee will consist of experienced and skilled teachers holding administrative or management positions in the following schools;
a. Kibuli Secondary School(3)
b. Kawempe Muslim Secondary School(2)
c. Gombe Secondary School (2)
d. Nabisunsa Girls Secondary Primary School(2)
e. Kibuli Training Teacher Training College
f. King Fahad Islamic Primary School(1)
g. Umar B.A. Islamic Primary School (1)
Sunni Muslim Lodonga Islamic Centre is the first biggest ever Proposed Multi Institutional Project on its owned Titled Land in the history of Muslims in the Greater Northern Uganda.
